MORTGAGE OF TRUMP CASINO NOW OWNED BY ICAHN

The whole mortgage for the three Trump Casinos in Atlantic City is owned by Carl Icahn. He is in the midst of trying to take over the casinos in a bankruptcy proceeding. Icahn bought the remaining half of the mortgage he did not own previously. A decision on who will take control of the casino is expected by the middle of this month. The bondholders in the casino, along with Donald Trump, is the other major group making a play for control of the casinos.
