MORGAN STANLEY SAYS THEY ARE DONE WITH REVEL PROJECT

Morgan Stanley will no longer be apart of the Revel Casino project in Atlantic City. The company said they sunk $1.2 billion into the project and are ready to take a huge loss in moving out. The AP reports that they own 90 percent of the in-construction casino. A deal is being done with China Export/Import Bank to get the remaining money necessary to complete construction. The casino is planned for 4,000 people.
