MOREY’S PIERS GHOST SHIP WINS BEST NEW RIDE AWARD

Morey’s Piers took home a big award. The website About.com’s Reader’s Choice Award for Best New Theme Park Attraction of 2011. The announcement was made this week. The Ghost Ship is a resurrection of the classic boardwalk dark attraction. It involves a combination of animatronics, special effects and live actors which combine to make it a living attraction that constantly changes with each visitor’s experience. For 2011, the Ghost Ship will be a more immersive experience with the addition of path modifications, new tricks, and an updated story line.
