The National Weather Service is watching a second snowstorm that could put a “White Christmas” in our forecast. A snowstorm is prepared to hit Cape May County during the daytime on Sunday, and this storm could bring more snow than we received on Thursday. Skies will remain clear through Saturday morning before clouds build in. Light snow begins overnight into early Sunday morning before a steady snowfall begins on Sunday. The snow is expected to end by Sunday evening. As of now, there are no specific snowfall totals in the forecast. On Thursday, Cape May County received just over an inch of snow, which made local roadways slippery and treacherous.
