Another round of layoffs is coming to teachers in the Atlantic City School District on Tuesday. The layoffs are expected to affect tenured teachers in the school district. A new budget calls for over 200 jobs to vanish. There have been nearly three dozens resignations and retirements in advance of the next round of layoffs. The positions to be slashed will be revealed by state monitor Gary McCartney.
