The man accused of killing his estranged wife and then leading police on a two week manhunt was arraigned from his jail cell on Wednesday. Jeremiah Monell is being held without bail in the Cumberland County Jail. He is being charged with murder and other counts. The family of his victim, Tara O’Shea-Watson, was inside the court room for the arraignment.
