A mother and her adult son picked up handguns in Bridgeton this week, packing heat looking for thugs who beat up the young man earlier in the day. Bridgeton Police announced the arrests of 36 year old Marcia Rivera and her 20 year old son, Joseph Rosario, on charges that they were carrying handguns illegally looking to exact revenge on some men who beat up Rosario earlier in the day on Tuesday. Police say they received numerous calls about two adults walking around with handguns in broad daylight. Rosario told his mother that he was assaulted while playing a game of pickup basketball so both packed guns looking for the suspects.
