A bill to help casinos develop mobile gaming is sitting in front of Gov. Chris Christie. The measure sponsored by Senator Jim Whelan was approved by the Senate on Thursday and is available to be signed into law. Casinos would be able to allow patrons to gamble on their cell phone at areas like their bars and pool, instead of on the casino floor.
