A juvenile who went missing has returned home in Middle Township. Police confirmed that Katelyn Otto, who ran away from her residence located in Cape May Court House has returned to that home. Otto was confirmed safe hours after police put an alert out for her. Local officials thank everyone for their help in locating the juvenile.
