A boy who was washed out to sea had his body wind up in Margate. Authorities confirm that the body of 10-year-old Khitan Devine washed up on Wednesday morning. A search and rescue operation was put into effect on Sunday but they were unable to find the body until Wednesday. An investigation is continuing.
