A 15 year old boy who was reported missing in Lower Township is safe and sound. Lower Township Police announced Saturday evening that Tomas Pratts was located after being reported missing by his mother earlier in the day. Pratts was last seen around noontime Saturday when he ran into a wooded area in the Villas.
