MINIMUM WAGE HIKE OFFICIALLY STARTED

The minimum wage has officially increased in New Jersey. The start of the year was the start of the new $8.25 per hour minimum wage. While it is unclear how it will impact the economy, it does make things more uncertain in the future. Future increases will be tied to the rate of inflation, meaning business owners won’t be able to plan too far ahead as to what future increases will be.
