MILLVILLE SWITCHES SOLICITORS TO SAVE SOME CASH

The city of Millville will be saving over $10,000 this year by switching its municipal solicitor.  The job formerly held by Frederick Jacob and Joseph Chiarello was handed over this week to Brock Russell, who serves as the solicitor of Cape May Point.  Russell will charge the city $165,000 for his services.  The vote to approve Russell was 3-2.
