Millville Police announced they will continue patrols at a local apartment complex known for bad behavior. Police will continue an agreement with the Oakview Apartments that will result in officers being paid $53 an hour to provide foot and vehicular patrols at the complex. The officers will be off duty at the time of their patrols.
