A 26 year old Millville man may be sentenced to five years in prison for a burglary offense. Enrick Penaloza broke into a residence in Maurice River Township in January, 2015 with plans of stealing personal items. Penaloza rejected a plea bargain agreement, went to trial, and was convicted. His sentencing will be held in June.
