A 34 year old Millville man has been arrested and charged in connection with a murder that took place on April 10th. Fernando A. Ramos is accused with participating in the murder of Charles M. Boozer Jr. Authorities say it’s possible that Ramos was not the gunman in the crime that included two adult male suspects.
