A 47 year old Millville man has been charged in connection with a dog fighting ring. The United States Attorney’s Office announced that Robert A. Elliott Sr. was charged after he was found to own pit bulls who were used for fighting. Authorities charged nine people in four states back in June, including two individuals from Cumberland County.
