A 39 year old Millville Police officer has pleaded not guilty to charges that he used excessive force against some criminal suspects. Jeffrey Profitt has been indicted on numerous counts, including falsifying police records. He was indicted last year on charges that he threw a 62 year old man to the ground, face first, on a concrete floor.
