A 40 year old suspended Millville Police Officer admitted in court today that he committed an assault, and now he will get nearly a year in jail when he’s sentenced next month. Jeffrey Profitt entered a guilty plea to a count of third degree aggravated assault. Profitt has repeatedly been accused of various abusive behavior.
