Additional police officers are being hired in Millville. The city commission met last week and approved using $200,000 in funds from the Urban Enterprise Zone to hire more police offices to combat growing violence. Several shootings have taken place in Millville over the past month and the goal is to use the funding to hire more cops and cut down on violence.
