Mill Rd. in Upper Township has been reopened. Cape May County Engineer Dale Foster made the announcement on Friday. Mill Road is just south of and parallels NJ Route 49.The road was closed due to a collapsed roadway when runoff water during Hurricane Irene eroded the embankment and roadbed around an existing storm drain pipe. Walters Marine Construction, Inc. installed a new storm drain pipe and the road has been repaired.
