MIDDLE TWP. AND OCEAN CITY BOYS ADVANCE IN SOCCER PLAYOFFS

The Middle Township and Ocean City boys advanced past the first round of the NJSIAA soccer playoffs on Monday. Ocean City, the No. 1 seed in Group III beat Timber Creek 3-0, while Middle Township, the No. 2 seed in Group II defeated Oakcrest 2-0. Haddonfield beat Lower Cape May 6-0, while Wildwood lost to Woodstown 2-1 in their first playoff appearance.
