MIDDLE TOWNSHIP: WE’RE CONFIDENT ON AFFORDABLE HOUSING

Middle Township officials believe that a fair affordable housing resolution is on the horizon.  Township officials say a balanced plan to chart a future course on affordable housing challenges is nearing final form despite a motion filed against the Township by the Fair Share Housing Center.  Township planners are gathering information on housing and demographics as part of the most recent Census.  The Township is considering a “mandatory set aside” ordinance.
