Your dog will soon be counted in Middle Township. Middle Township Animal Control and Public Works employees will be commencing a door-to-door census of all dogs in Middle Township beginning March 5. An annual dog census is required by the State of New Jersey. All owners of unlicensed dogs will receive a warning letter and license applications. A grace period of 10 days, after the date of a visit to your home, will be given. Summonses for unlicensed dogs may be issued after this grace period. Dog licenses are available through the Middle Township Clerk’s office. License applications are available at www.middletownship.com on the left side of the web page.
