Middle Township was recently awarded 2nd place in Obrella Insurance’s ranking of New Jersey’s best cities for commuters. Middle was specifically recognized for its central location and easy access to the Garden State Parkway. According to Obrella, the average New Jersey resident commutes for 29 minutes one way, which is four minutes longer than the national average. In Middle Township, however, four out 10 commuters spend less than 15 minutes behind the wheel each way. “It’s always nice to be recognized and reminded of the great quality of life we have here in Middle Township,” Mayor Tim Donohue said.
