MIDDLE TOWNSHIP MAN SENTENCED IN AGGRAVATED ASSAULT

An aggravated assault suspect has been sentenced. Robert Gauntt was initially charged with aggravated assault, burglary, two count of terroristic threats, and possession of a weapon for a 2010 incident. Gauntt was given the five year State Prison term and three years on mandatory parole. The Court House native is under the No Early Release Act, meaning he will serve 85 percent of the sentence before becoming eligible for parole.
