MIDDLE TOWNSHIP MAN HURT IN MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT

A 76 year old Middle Township man was injured early Tuesday morning when his vehicle ran into several traffic signs in Northfield before his vehicle collided with a utility pole.  Northfield Police say a vehicle driven by Ronald Ward of Cape May Court House ran over the traffic signs on Route 9 in Northfield this morning shortly before 6:00am.  His vehicle then crossed the other traffic lane and hit a pole.  Ward’s vehicle overturned in the accident; he was taken to an area hospital with multiple injuries.
