A 57 year old Middle Township man has been charged with sexual assault in connection with incidents involving a church, and a boy scout troop. The Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office announced that Vincent Watkins of West Scott Street in Whitesboro was arrested before the weekend and charged him with sexually assaulting a teenage boy back in July, 1991. Watkins was taken to the county jail on $100,000 cash bail.
