Wildwood Police arrested 35 year old Luis Rosario after a brief foot pursuit early Tuesday morning. Rosario was pulled over on New Jersey Avenue because he had an active arrest warrant and and unlawfully removed his ankle monitoring device. Rosario was charged with resisting arrest and other offenses. He was incarcerated at the Cape May County Jail.
