Middle Township Police have arrested a Dennis Township man on DUI offenses after he was found to be extremely intoxicated in the parking lot of the Acme Supermarket in Cape May Court House. Police announced the arrest of 51 year old Matthew Condon, who attempted to leave the scene when police arrived. He was taken to police headquarters where his blood alcohol content registered at .33, over four times the legal limit. Condon was taken to Cape Regional Medical Center due to his severe intoxication. He was hit with several motor vehicle offenses.
