A man was charged who drove into a home on Goshen Rd. Jose Viera was arrested and charged with Careless Driving, Driving While Suspended, Leaving the Scene of a Motor Vehicle Accident and Failure to Report a Motor Vehicle Accident. Police discovered that Viera was driving a 2007 Cadillac CTS north bound on Goshen Road, when he went off the roadway, struck a tree in the yard of 861 Goshen Road and then struck the house at 863 Goshen Road. Viera was then released on his own recognizance. The Goshen Fire Department responded and assisted with accident scene.
