A call came in on Saturday reporting a burglary in Middle Township. Police there responded to The BBQ in Burleigh. An investigation led to the arrest of Michael Kelly, of Erma. He was arrested for burglary and theft. Kelly was placed in the Cape May County Correctional Center in lieu of $50,000 bail.
