Middle Township Committee has acted to help itself deal with the absence of its chief financial officer. Government officials have yet to say why Tracey Taverner is on leave. The actions taken by the committee will help allow other people to do essential portions of her job while she remains out. Officials confirm to Coastal Broadcasting that they are exploring bring in a temporary person in this position.
