MENENDEZ: SUPREME COURT SHOULD HEAR MY BRIBERY CASE

Attorneys for United States Senator Robert Menendez took the unusual step this week of asking the United States Supreme Court to hear his bribery case.  Menendez is accused of accepting nearly $1 million in campaign contributions and gifts while serving in the Senate.  No word on when the Court would consider the request.
