MENENDEZ SAYS OBAMA HAS RIGHT TO FILL SUPREME COURT VACANCY

U.S. Senator Robert Menendez says President Barack Obama should be able to fill the vacancy on the Supreme Court. Menendez talked during a Black History Month event in Essex County. Antonin Scalia, died over the weekend and many top Republicans say they will block any nomination by Obama.
