MENENDEZ: REFORM FLOOD INSURANCE CLAIMS, NOW

United States Senator Robert Menendez from New Jersey is calling for the federal government to reform the way it processes flood claims. Menendez is now pushing for a series of forms to the program, including an increase in the penalties given to insurance companies who underpay flood insurance claims. Menendez says the feds should also look at reopening about 300 Sandy-related claims that were dismissed.
