U.S. Senator Robert Menendez might not be a sure thing for reelection, according to a new poll. Public Policy Polling released a poll on Tuesday that said that Menendez only has an approval rating at 37 percent. His support among independents is low and Menendez could be a target. The election will be taking place in November 2012. It is unclear who will run on the Republican side, though Sen. Tom Kean is polling the best so far.
