MENENDEZ HELPS BREAK GROUND ON LOWER MUA PROJECT

A ground breaking ceremony was held today on the Lower Township MUA’s Townbank Water Main project. The work includes USDA funding in the amount of $2.7 million in grants and $8.1 million in low interest loans. United States Senator Robert Menendez was in attendance of the ground breaking. Menendez was proud of the fact that they were able to get Lower Township into the Rural Development program to open it up to the extra funding.
