MEGA MILLIONS JACKPOT TOPS $140 MILLION TUESDAY

The Tuesday evening drawing for the Mega Millions lottery jackpot is expected to be in excess of $140 million.  New Jersey lottery officials say the top prize in the multi-state lottery game is expected to be around $143 million.  There were no winners for the Friday night drawing; tonight’s drawing will take place at 11:00pm, and is televised on New Jersey Network.  The largest payout has been $390 million, and was split between two parties, including a family from Cape May County, in 2007.
