MEDIATOR TO SORT OUT DEMARZO/POLICE DISPUTE

A superior court judge has ruled that a dispute in Wildwood will go before a mediator. Superior Court Judge Valarie Armstrong made that ruling regarding Wildwood Mayor Gary DeMarzo and Police Chief Steven Long, according to the Press of Atlantic City. The report says that Armstrong isn’t sure this will solve the situation, admitting that both men simply do not like the other. Long has been pushing for DeMarzo to get out of the day-to-day operations of the police department.
