Finally the forecast is calling for measurable snow in New Jersey on Wednesday. However, temperatures will cause snow to mix with rain, keeping accumulations down. The National Weather Service says New Jersey can expect precipitation to fall after 7 am northwest of the 1-95 corridor beginning as snow, but switching to a mix then to all rain as temperatures warm the afternoon. While northwest counties can expect up to 3 – 5 inches, little to no snow is expected in the southwest portion of the state. Wednesday will also bring gusty winds.
