MCPHERSON STEPS DOWN AS LOWER TOWNSHIP MANAGER

Lower Township Manager Kathleen McPherson will be stepping down. McPherson has announced that her retirement will be effective at the end of the July. She is in her second stint as township manager, serving for about eight years from 1999 to 2007.
