MAZUREK DECIDES NOT TO RUN IN NOVEMBER ELECTION

An incumbent councilman in Lower Township will not be seeking reelection. Wayne Mazurek has told The Press of Atlantic City that he has decided to not seek reelection in November. Mazurek tells the paper he isn’t sure he will be in the area in four years and doesn’t want to make a commitment he can’t keep. The filing deadline for Democrats is next Monday. A decision on who will run in Mazurek’s place is forthcoming.
