MAYOR GUARDIAN COMPARES CITY’S STRUGGLE TO REVOLUTIONARY WAR

Atlantic City Mayor Don Guardian dressed up as George Washington on Halloween as he participated in a Trunk or Treat event attended by 3,000 children. Tuesday the state is scheduled to decide whether or not to accept the city’s fiscal recovery plan. Mayor Guardian compared the city’s struggle with the state to the Revolutionary War. After months of negotiations, he expects state officials to accept the financial plan with some reservations and provisions.
