MAYOR GILLIAN DELAYS BUDGET ADDRESS FOR OCEAN CITY

Ocean City Mayor Jay Gillian has postponed his budget address for the city.  Gillian was supposed to deliver his budget message to Council on Thursday, but decided to hold off since many department heads in government were busy dealing with last week’s winter storm.  Gillian says he will make that address in the near future.
