Middle Township has a new mayor, and the changes do not end there. The township committee met Wednesday evening and Dan Lockwood was named the new mayor of the community. The township committee also has a new member, Tim Donohue, who replaces Nate Doughty. The new republican controlled Middle Township committee selected Marcus Karavan as its solicitor, and also hired Marc DeBlasio of Remington and Vernick to be the new township engineer. Susan DeLanzo, who used to serve as mayor, is now a committeewoman.
