50 year old Hugo Maucher remains behind bars following his arraignment on Thursday. Maucher is the man who is alleged to have caused the death of an 80 year old woman who was struck by Maucher’s vehicle in Upper Township last month. The pedestrian killed in the accident was identified as Marjorie Straubmuller of Ocean View.
