The Stone Harbor Borough Council held its official reorganization meeting on Tuesday afternoon. Councilmen Barry Mastrangelo and Al Carusi took oaths of office for new three year terms on Council. Council unanimously selected Mastrangelo to serve as Council President for 2014. Various other routine appointments were made during the meeting which was attended by four other mayors from Cape May County.
