A sitting councilman in North Wildwood has decided to not seek reelection in North Wildwood. Bob Maschio has announced he will not run again for his First Ward council seat. He has served city council since 2005; in the At-Large seat from 2005 to 2007 and in the First Ward since 2008. Council President Patrick Rosenello informs Coastal Broadcasting that former Councilwoman Peggy Bishop will run uncontested for the seat Maschio held. Maschio is the owner of Coastal Broadcasting Systems, which operates 98.7 The Coast, WCZT, and Fun 106.7, WFNE.
