MARTY SMALL TO BE SWORN IN AS ATLANTIC CITY MAYOR VIRTUALLY BY GOVERNOR

Marty Small will be sworn in as Mayor of Atlantic City this afternoon.  Small is expected to be sworn in virtually by Governor Murphy during an official ceremony to begin at 4:00pm.
